Returns & Exchanges
According to Ukrainian legislation, the Customer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Conditions for returns and exchanges:

the item must not have been worn or used;

the original appearance must be preserved;

all tags and labels must be attached.
Return or exchange shipping costs are covered by the Customer, according to the carrier's tariffs (e.g., Nova Poshta). On average, the delivery cost may be around 10% of the item value, depending on the shipment.
The Customer must notify us about the return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
Refunds or exchanges are processed within up to 5 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Returns and exchanges are also available in our physical store in Zaporizhzhia (Bazaarna St., 22).
Please note: For international orders (outside Ukraine), returns and exchanges are not available due to high shipping costs. We kindly ask you to choose items carefully, and our team will be happy to assist you with sizing, measurements, photos, and videos before purchase.
