Men's embroidered linen shirt.
Justyna's embroidered shirt has a shirt ornament originally from the town of Dolyna in the Boikivshchyna region - this exhibit was donated to the Frank House Museum by a local resident of Dolyna, Justyna Hrynyshyn. The embroidery patterns are decorated with geometric shapes, teeth, branches, triangles, and broken lines, which are called “karakulaky” in this ethno-cultural region.
It is fastened with hidden buttons on the front and sleeves.
The hand embroidery technique is reproduced by machine embroidery.
