The ornament is reproduced from an ancient vyshyvanka of the beginning of the 20th century, which is kept in the funds of the National Museum of Architecture and Life of Ukraine.
It was found during expeditions in the 1970s in the village of Nikolske, Volnovasky district, Donetsk region.
The embroidery of the shirt consists of floral and geometric elements. The hand embroidery technique is reproduced by machine embroidery.
